SA Great has continued to promote its ‘Buy SA’ campaign in 2009, encouraging South Australian consumers to choose local produce and products over interstate and imported goods.

Buy SA drives more than the local economy
In April and May this year, SA Great ran its biggest BuySA competition yet in conjunction with the SA Holden Dealer Network and South Australia’s Foodland Supermarkets.
To go in the draw, consumers had to be two or more nominated SA products at a participating Foodland Supermarket.
The competition saw one lucky consumer drive away in a brand new Holden Omega Sportswagon, with many others scoring a $100 Foodland voucher.
Over 2000 entries were received for the competition, clearly showing that South Australians are proud to buy and support local produce.
