YourSA competition 2009 Terms and Conditions

SA Great “Win a Trip home” Competition Terms & Conditions of Entry
-    To qualify for the draw, entrants can only enter their own name and use their own email address. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize.
-    The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or any technical error, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
-    The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
-    All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and used for ongoing communications. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants do not consent to contact details and email address being retained by the Promoter for the purposes of advising of the winners of this competition, and adding the contact onto the ‘Out of State’ database to receive further email communications, Please note that on each such communication there will be an ‘unsubscribe’ link, which if selected by you, will result in the Promoter immediately ceasing to send you these communications.
Duration of competition
The promotion commences on Tuesday 3rd March, 2009 at 9.00am (CST) and concludes on Monday 16th March, 2009 at 5.00pm (CST)
-    There is one prize only. It consists of:
-    Return economy class airfare from nearest capital city to Adelaide for 2 adults (off peak & subject to availability)
-    2 nights at Adelaide city based, Hotel Richmond.
-    2 corporate tickets to attend the Rugby 7s on Saturday 4th April at Events SA corporate venue.
-    The total value of the prize is approximately $1500
-    The prize excludes airport departure taxes, extra baggage, transfers, insurance, and meals and beverages. Travel insurance is recommended.
-    Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or refundable for cash.
-    Prize must be booked and travelled between April 3rd and April 5th. If the winner requests an extended length of stay or extra activities, the prize winner shall pay the difference and no claim shall be made against SA Great.
-    Airline and accommodation selected and booked at SA Great’s discretion.
-    Flights are non refundable and non-chargeable once confirmed. The winner will be notified by email on Tuesday 17th March , 2009.
-    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
